初めての、檜原村
檜原村 ー 中央区が村内4地区において森林保全のための「中央区の森」事業を実施していている、島しょ部を除いた本州内の東京都における唯一の村です。先日、檜原村を初めて訪問する機会がありました。 残念ながら「中央区の森」まで行く時間が取れなかったため、「都民の森」の「大滝の路（三頭大滝までの往復コース片道約1km）」を歩きました。紅葉の時期には何とか間に合ったようです。また、「大滝の路」は森林セラピーロードに認定されており、ウッドチップが敷かれた路をゆっくりと、のんびり歩いたことで、日頃のストレスを幾分解消できたような気がします。
