English guided Bus Tour visiting Public Facility in Chuo City for Foreign Residents. (Free of charge!)
Free bus tour will be held on February 14, 2026 and an application must be submitted by January 30.
Visiting Sites
1. Harumi Regional Community Center “HARUMIRAI”
HARUMIRAI is a regional community center which has an outdoor foot bath (for free!), a training studio, etc.

2. Ozu Museum
The Ozu Museum is maintained by Ozu Washi, which is a shop of Japanese traditional Washi paper since 1653 (the Edo period). Ozu Washi has a Handmade Washi Experience Studio.

3. Hon-no-Mori Chuo
Hon-no-Mori Chuo is the complex facility which has library, local history museum, and roof top garden, etc.
There are three public libraries, Kyobashi, Nihonbashi and Tukishima, in Chuo City and English books are available for rent.

16:40 return to Chuo City Office and break up there
